Had a tough swim practice tonight. Coach called it "calorie-burning", and it really was. Started with:
500m warm up, followed by:
200m free
2 x1000m, divide as:
200m free 3 times at 4'
50m free easy, 30 sec rest
50m all out at 55" x 2
50m free easy
200m IM
That IM was a killer. Then we rested 1 min., then did it all over again.
Followed by 10 x 100 m descending (2 at 2', 2 at 1'55" etc). But we only had time for 5. Total distance was 3,200m.
